Cookie Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how this website, operated by Agents of Output, a trading name of Synextra Ltd, uses cookies and similar technologies such as browser local storage. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as local storage, store small amounts of data in your browser for the same kinds of purpose. UK rules on these technologies are set by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) alongside the UK GDPR.
3. What we use
Cookies on this site fall into three groups. Only the first is set without asking. Nothing in the analytics or marketing groups is set until you say yes.
Strictly necessary
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
aoo_consent | This site | Remembers your cookie choice. | 6 months |
aoo-announce-dismissed (local storage) | This site | Remembers that you dismissed an announcement bar. | Until cleared |
The booking widget on our discovery page is provided by HubSpot. When it loads, HubSpot may set its own cookies to make the booking flow work. Those cookies are governed by HubSpot's own privacy and cookie policies. The widget loads only on the discovery page.
Analytics (only with your consent)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells one visitor from another, so visits can be counted. | 2 years |
_ga_<id> | Google Analytics | Keeps track of a visit, so we can see which pages are read. | 2 years |
Marketing (only with your consent)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
__hstc | HubSpot | Tracks visits over time. | 6 months |
hubspotutk | HubSpot | Links your visits to a form you send us. | 6 months |
__hssc | HubSpot | Counts pages viewed in a visit. | 30 minutes |
__hssrc | HubSpot | Notes when a new visit starts. | Session |
If we advertise on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google or Meta, their tags also sit in the marketing group and load only if you agree to marketing cookies. We will list their cookies here before we turn them on.
Google Analytics and HubSpot are loaded through Google Tag Manager, which does not set cookies of its own. It only runs the analytics or marketing tags once you have agreed to them.
4. Your choices
On your first visit the site asks before setting any analytics or marketing cookies. "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all", and you can choose each group separately. We ask again after six months, or sooner if what we use changes.
You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page, or with the button below. Withdrawing consent deletes the cookies that group set.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; most browsers also let you clear local storage. Blocking strictly necessary storage may mean your choices are not remembered, and blocking third-party cookies may stop the booking widget from loading. The discovery page includes a direct link to book without the embed.
Guidance on managing cookies in common browsers is available from the ICO at ico.org.uk.
5. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
